Paul has a wonderful garden that slopes so he is going to show us how he manages this slight obstacle. He is going to talk about and show are:
- Steep Slope Solution
- Lawn alternative grasses
- Type anti-deer fencing
- Strawberry/garden raised planters
- In-ground worm condo
- Different sort of rock garden

Time: 6:30 pm - Note the earlier start time. Paul says he needs additional daylight to show how his worms and other garden endeavors.

Save the date - State Convention - June 10th - 11th
This year the Southern District will host the State convention. We are still in the planning stage but several things have been decided so here is a brief update:
Date: June 9th - 10th
Where: Marriott Rockrimmon in Colorado Springs
Time: All day Friday and Saturday
Theme: Grow and Share Colorado
Dahlia tubers - over winter
We have had the first frost of the season. If you have dahlia tubers that you want to re-plant next year - you need to get them ready to winter over. John digs his tubers up and store them in a cooler in his window well!
